1. Open-source edition
The open-source edition is free, so there is nothing to pay or refund.
2. 14-day refunds
- First purchase: for both Pro yearly and Founder lifetime, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. You do not need to give a reason.
- Yearly renewals: ask within 14 days of a renewal charge and we refund that renewal in full.
- Requests after 14 days are generally not refunded. If you were charged twice, or Pro will not install and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will look at your case.
- If an account repeatedly buys and asks for refunds, we may decline later refund requests.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@p.cafe with the email address you paid with or your order number. We reply within 3 business days. Once approved, Dodo Payments returns the money to your original payment method. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment method, usually 5 to 10 business days.
4. Your licence after a refund
After a full refund, the Pro licence for that order is revoked and your access token can no longer install Pro. The licence ends: you must not use Pro in new work and should delete the Pro packages you downloaded. Finished work delivered to third parties before the refund is not affected.
5. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel Pro yearly at any time on the account page, or by emailing support@p.cafe.
- After you cancel, the subscription does not renew and keeps working until the end of the current period. Cancelling does not by itself give a refund. If you cancel within 14 days of a renewal charge and want that renewal back, ask as described in section 3.
- After the subscription ends, you can still install and use Pro releases published before it ended.
6. Renewal price
Early-bird subscriptions renew at the regular price of $59.99/year. If you do not want to renew at that price, cancel before your renewal date. Your next renewal date and amount are shown on the account page.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first; it is usually faster than a chargeback through your bank. While a chargeback is open, the related licence is suspended. When it is decided, the licence is restored or revoked.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
